What We’re Up To This Month

At our January board meeting, we welcomed Dr. Josh Corn onto our board. New to Morrisville, Josh is a naturopathic doctor, a dog dad, and enthusiastic about digging into the community. His energy and insight have jumpstarted our efforts to increase folks’ awareness of MACC projects. In particular, Josh noticed that a MACC membership didn’t clearly illustrate what folks get out of joining and how being a member of MACC opens the door to an enriched community. Josh, Lisa, and Tricia sat down in February to brainstorm our membership levels and what the perks of being a MACC member were. We’re excited to share this newly revamped membership model below and look forward to our 2022 membership drive.

At our February board meeting, the board voted to allocate $850 towards 4 Micro-Grants. Stay tuned for our formal announcement of these grants in April! We want to reinvest in our community and help individuals and businesses complete their own beautification projects. Maybe your porch needs a new coat of paint or your storefront could use a new sign. These Beautification Micro-Grants will create the opportunity for MACC members to brighten up their homes and businesses.
