Chairs painted by local creative citizens will adorn our town at various venues for the summer and be auctioned off at RocktoberFest on Saturday, September 24th, 2022. The funds raised will be used to bring additional creative and cultural programs to Morrisville.

Join MACC in celebrating diversity in our community at the inaugural Morrisville Inspiration Art and Food Festival on Saturday, May 28. The Festival will be held in the Union Bank parking lot on Main Street. Come check out the work of local artists, food vendors, and musicians from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Improving the appearance of our historic downtown takes all of us working together. In this spirit of collaboration, MACC is pleased to debut our new Downtown Beautification Micro Grants for 2022. These small grants are intended to help business and individuals make improvements to the exteriors of their businesses and homes as a way to keep enhancing the beauty of downtown.

Join us Friday evenings, rain or shine this July and August for a brand new downtown music series presented by River Arts and sponsored by our downtown organization, the Morristown Alliance for Culture and Commerce (MACC). Bring a chair, get a bite to eat from one of our local restaurants, and enjoy our downtown while listening to local musicians.

MACC is once again sponsoring the chair-art-able public art project in the spring of 2022. The purpose of the project is to raise public awareness of local talent, add public seating and walkability to our town and then provide an opportunity to purchase a unique one-of-a-kind piece of functional art.

MACC is currently proposing to engage the services of a professional artist to create a bench that is artsy, welcoming and represents downtown Morrisville in a creative way.

Help MAAC and The Morristown Centennial Library spread the love this winter. Stop by the library during open hours to grab a "Take and Make" kit to go. Return these completed valentines by February 9 so that they can be distributed to seniors in our community!

Our 2021 Festival of Lights was a day of fun for folks in our community. Despite the cold and covid safety measures, a good time was enjoyed by all.

Remembering Allen Church. Allen gave tireless of his love of music and the joy of sharing it. He will be greatly missed by countless people all over the globe, but here in Morrisville, the loss of his presence will be very deeply felt for the time to come.
