As 2024 is opening its doors and we are looking forward to all the wonderful projects MACC will bring to the community, we ask that you consider joining or renewing your 2024 membership. Your membership dollars go directly toward creating and maintaining a dynamic community.MACC is the town organization that makes our community creative, fun, and a vibrant place where we all want to live, work and play. We have some great ideas for 2024 and we’d appreciate hearing your thoughts about what you’d like to see for improvements. Did you see the new pollinator park at Oxbow Park? How about the mural on Guy’s Farm & Yard building along Lamoille Valley Rail Trail which led to a partnership with Peoples Academy in creating stories and 18 more barn quilts that have been installed around town? Beyond these projects we gave out six mini grants to businesses to assist in beautifying their outside storefronts to enhance the appearance of our historic downtown and North End. These are just a few of the projects MACC completed in 2023. However, we need your help as we are starting new 2024 MACC dream projects. IncreasingMACC membership has been an ongoing goal of the Board, but it will be very hard to fund large projects like the commissioning of future murals or adding new lighting without a growing membership.
